Over the past year, Flying Pony has been doing several renovations! We went from restoring barns, adding overhangs, and resurfacing barn areas to adding new fencing to expand pasture space including creation of a large new area that gives customer animals their own farm to stay at during their visit. Then we thought about you, our valued clients. For some of the out of state clients, making a trip out here for a day and then driving all the way home is less than ideal. So we thought, why not have a quiet place right here at Flying Pony where you can unwind from your long day of perusing our pastures and relax amidst the alpacas? This is how the old farmhouse came to life. We are now offering this 2 bedroom and 2 full baths farm house to our clients when they prefer to stay. So Ryan assembled the team and we painted the walls, had new carpet installed, bought some new furniture, replaced older appliances and updated the decor. Now, the once dreary and drab old farmhouse is a warm and inviting place for our clients to stay when they come for a visit. It couldn't feel any more like home for those of you who enjoy looking out your window to alpacas roaming their pastures.
